Rachel briggs

The founder of Rock Tots, Rachel Briggs, runs the Rock Tots Sheffield and is head coach.  Rachel has over 20 years’ climbing and bouldering experience and holds both climbing instructor and coaching qualification. She has been a motivational speaker, worked as a fully-qualified teacher, as is now a very proud mother of two.  She took a break from teaching to set up Rock Tots, with the aim of combining two of her biggest passions; child development and climbing.

MARIA DARLINGTON

Maria has been climbing for over 10 years and has enjoyed climbing trips from Yosemite National Park to local weekend trips to the Peak District. She is a former Primary School Teacher turned Climbing Coach holding both the Foundation Coach Certificate and the Climbing Wall Award. Her passion is teaching and seeing progression but first and foremost ... making it fun!

CAITLIN MCKIERNAN

Caitlin has dedicated her career to finding fun and meaningful ways of getting people active. She has worked with children for over 6 years in creative and active environments. As an experienced climber, she has a real understanding of the social, emotional and physical benefits of the sport.
